Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please read our returns policy to understand the process and eligibility requirements.
Return Eligibility
We accept returns of unused and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Prescription medications, once dispensed, cannot be returned or reused due to safety regulations
- Opened or used medications, supplements, or treatments
- Perishable goods
- Gift cards
- Downloadable products
- Personal care items that have been opened
Return Process
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account and navigate to the order history
- Select the order containing the item you wish to return
- Click on "Return Item" and follow the prompts
- Print the return shipping label that will be emailed to you
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging if possible
- Attach the return shipping label to the outside of the package
- Drop off the package at the specified carrier location

Return Shipping
For standard returns, the customer is responsible for paying the return shipping costs. If the return is due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item), we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original method of payment. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider's policies.
The cost of the item will be refunded, but shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order for the desired item.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the damaged item and packaging in your communication. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
