Shipping Options

Standard Shipping

Free on orders over $49, otherwise $5.99. Delivery in 3-5 business days.

Available to all 50 states. Orders placed before 1 PM EST on business days typically ship the same day.

Expedited Shipping

$14.99. Delivery in 2 business days.

Available to most locations. Orders must be placed before 1 PM EST for same-day processing.

Overnight Shipping

$24.99. Delivery by the next business day.

Orders must be placed before 12 PM EST Monday through Thursday for next-day delivery. Friday orders will arrive on Monday (excluding holidays).

Temperature-Controlled Shipping

Free with overnight shipping for temperature-sensitive medications.

Certain medications require special handling to maintain their efficacy. These will be packaged with cooling packs and require overnight shipping.

Shipping Policies

Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Prescription medications may require additional processing time for verification, typically 1-2 business days after we receive confirmation from your veterinarian.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to all 50 states within the United States. We do not currently ship internationally or to U.S. territories. Military APO/FPO addresses are supported for standard shipping only.

Package Tracking

All shipments include tracking information, which will be emailed to you once your order ships. You can also view tracking details in your account dashboard. Our customer service team can assist with any tracking issues.

Signature Requirements

Some medications, particularly controlled substances, require an adult signature upon delivery. You will be notified during checkout if your order contains items that require a signature.

Shipping FAQs

What if my package is lost or damaged?

If your package is lost, damaged, or hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact our customer service team immediately. We'll work with the carrier to locate your package or process a replacement shipment if necessary.

Can I change my shipping address after ordering?

Address changes are possible only if the order hasn't shipped yet. Contact our customer service team as soon as possible with your order number and the correct shipping address.

Do you ship refrigerated medications?

Yes, we ship temperature-sensitive medications using insulated packaging with ice packs. These medications require overnight shipping to ensure they remain at the proper temperature during transit.

What happens if I miss a delivery requiring signature?

The carrier will typically attempt delivery three times. After the third attempt, the package will be held at the local carrier facility for pickup. You can also contact the carrier to reschedule delivery or arrange pickup.

Shipping Calendar

Our warehouse processes orders Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays. Orders placed after 1 PM EST or on weekends will be processed the next business day.
